Jones Lang Wootton is seeking rental offers in excess of £75,000 per sq ft for a shop of 1,143 sq ft on the first floor of the St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre. The unit was formerly occupied by Zouk household goods. The shop also has a mezzanine with over 700 sq ft. It is understood that three trades have expressed an interest in the shop. The rent equates to over £55 for the retail area and £15 for the mezzanine.
