Sony and Gazebo to open in Dun Laoghaire centre

Two new traders are moving into Dun Laoghaire Shopping Centre which is due to undergo extensive upgrading. Home furnishings retailer Gazebo is to pay a rent of £30,000 for a shop of 1,453 sq ft on level 3. It also has branches at Stillorgan and Liffey Valley shopping centres. Meanwhile, the Sony Centre has moved into the former Trade Secret Hair Salon, a 1,200 sq ft premises which is rented at £26,000. Lisney handled both deals. Lisney handled the lettings.
