Gunne Commercial is to auction two commercial investments, a retail building in Stillorgan, Co Dublin, and a Georgian office building at 70 Lower Leeson Street, Dublin 2. The agency is quoting £250,000 for a two-storey building adjoining Stillorgan Shopping Centre, in Co Dublin. The building is let at a rent of £20,000 per annum to booksellers Veritas. There is potential to increase the rent. The Georgian house has 5,500 sq ft and seven car spaces and is producing a rent of £43,200 per annum. The main tenant is the Rape Crisis Centre. The guide price in this case is £650,000.
