Redevelopment site at Francis Street on offer for £400,000

Hamilton Osborne King is inviting offers around £400,000 (€507,892) for a redevelopment site at 78 Francis Street, Dublin 8. The site is currently occupied by the Antique Brass & Electrical Company. Planning permission was granted last summer for the demolition of the building and its replacement by a ground floor retail unit and five two and three-bedroom apartments overhead.
