Ranelagh pub and club to make £5 million-plus

The Four Provinces Pub and Night Owls nightclub in Ranelagh, Dublin 6, is expected to make between £5 million and £6.5 million when it is auctioned on May 14th by Gunne Property Consultants. The business has been owned since the 1970s by Mr Des Wootton, who redeveloped the entire building in 1991 to provide 25,000 sq ft of space on three levels. The business is capable to turning over more than £3 million per annum. There are 60 car-parking spaces at the rear.
