Two weeks ago it was the launch of the Chicago Spire, next week it's Palacio da Quinta, Portugal's first six-star residential resort.

Personalised services at the Palacio apartments will include private jet and yacht charter, private chef, personal butler service and a 24-hour concierge and chauffeur facility.

Units will cost from as little as €116,720 and go up to nearly €3 million.

The Portuguese ambassador to Ireland, Paulo Castilho, will do the honours in the National Gallery here next week.
