THE rush to build hotels in Dublin continues. Dublin Corporation has granted planning permission to NM Construction to develop a 51-bedroom apart-hotel at 121/125 Lower Rathmines Road, Dublin 6. In the city centre, Bob Bushell has sought planning to demolish an existing building at the corner of Sir John Rogerson's Quay and Creigton Street and to replace it with a four-storey mixed development of retail, offices and apartments.
