BRITISH charity Oxfam is moving into Galway where it has taken a lease assignment of 19/20 Lower Abbeygate Street. Oxfam received a premium of £10,000 to take on the existing lease with six years to run at a rent of £19,000 per annum. The premises have a floor area of 1,100 square feet. Retail property consultants P.A. Brannigan & Co represented Oxfam.
