DUBLIN 15:FROM €299,950 Prices in a new phase of houses in Dublin 15 are firmly pitched at first-time buyers, starting at €299,950.  Castlegrange is a scheme of 340 houses in Castaheaney in north-west Dublin.  It is located just off the new Snugborough Road, which links Blanchardstown to Clonee.

Three-bed duplexes with 102sq m (1,100sq ft) cost from €299,950. There are also a limited number of two, three and four-bedroom houses. Two-beds start at €294,950 and four-beds start at € 425,000.

Developer EP Lynam is one of the main developers in the Dublin 15 area and has been responsible for schemes such as Latchford, which is just across the road from Castlegrange, and Roselawn and Delwood in Castleknock.Selling agent HT Meagher O'Reilly will be opening a show unit on site this weekend.
