Dublin 11/from €230,000: Allen & Townsend is releasing the last remaining apartments at St Canice's Square in Finglas, Dublin 11 this week.
One-bedroom apartments with around 45 sq m (484 sq ft) cost from €230,000 while two-bedroom apartments with 67 sq m (721 sq ft) are priced from €260,000. One secure underground car-parking space is included in the price.
Designed by architects Laughton Tyler, St Canice's Square is a development of 43 apartments in two blocks rising to five storeys with landscaped gardens. A footbridge from the development allows easy access to the Finglas village, which has seen a lot of redevelopment work in recent years, such as the Clearwater Shopping Centre and an improved swimming pool with a new fitness centre and creche attached.
St Canice's Square is about 6km from the city centre and is served by four bus routes. Dublin Airport, the M50 and DCU are also nearby. Each apartment comes with a good-sized balcony, fitted wardrobes, fitted kitchens, security intercom system and double glazed windows.
The scheme, which is entered off Church Street, is being developed by McCabe Construction Ltd.
