Killarney retail building expected to top £700,000

A large retail premises in the centre of Killarney, Co Kerry, is expected to make in excess of £700,000 when it is auctioned on November 20th by local agent Michael Coghlan. The three-storey building at 16 Main Street can be redeveloped to provide about 2,100 square feet of retail space at street level. There is an interlinking store at the rear on Touhills Lane and a separate three-storey traditional cut-stone granary with a floor area of 1,680 square feet.
