A CLEARED site of 5,200 square feet beside the Keg bar at 8/8a Jervis Street, Dublin 1, is expected to make in excess of £325,000 when it is sold by tender on November 28th through Elliott and FitzGerald.
The site is currently used as a surface car-park and is only 50 yards from the entrance to the new Jervis Centre. It is located in a tax designated area.
