INFORMATION Technology company Business Protection (BPS) has leased a modern office and showrooms building of 18,230 square feet at Corrig Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18. The company will be paying a rent of £112,600 for the premises and 40 car-parking spaces. BPS, which already has other premises in Stillorgan Industrial Park and Airways Industrial Estate, plans to refurbish the Sandyford building. John Miller of agents Fergus Slattery and Associates negotiated the lease on behalf of the owners of the building whose previous tenant was Reflex investments.
