IFSC block available in small units

A NEWLY developed office block aimed at smaller traders planning to move into Dublin's International Financial Services Centre is now available for letting through Jones Lang Wootton. The 13-unit building in Exchange Place has a total floor area of 42,570 square feet, which is available at a rent of £22.50 per square foot. Bloxham Stockbrokers and FBD have already moved into the block where they occupy a total of 7,665 square feet. Space is available in units from 800 square feet in a variety of configurations up to 11,000 square feet. The rents being quoted are probably the lowest in the IFSC and have been introduced because of widespread criticism of the high rental regime. Tenants will be able to avail of an attractive range of incentives including double rent allowances and a remission of rates for 10 years.
