Hunters, an estate agency headed by Space managing partner Rowena Quinn has just hung up its shingle in Foxrock village, D18 – a stone’s throw from where Quinn cut her teeth working with Daphne Kaye.

Hunters isn’t a new agency, but the rebranded residential sales, letting and valuation arm of Space. (Space, of course, is the agency that teamed up with UK firm Allsop last year to make headlines with its series of successful distressed auctions.)

Hunters in Foxrock will concentrate on regular residential sales in south Dublin. Its base office is on Lower Pembroke Street, below the Space offices, and focusses on the city centre and north Dublin. Hunters will employ eight people.

In the meantime, Space – headed by Stephen McCarthy – plans to release information about its March 1st mass auction early next week.
