Leading US electronics company ACT Manufacturing Europe has leased a 45,000 sq ft warehousing and manufacturing plant at Citywest Business Park in West Dublin. The firm will be paying a rent of £285,000 under a long lease for the high tech building, which is owned by Irish Life. ACT has also taken an option on an adjoining parcel of land to allow it to expand in the future.

ACT are specialist subcontractors to a number of leading electronic companies. Developed by Davy Hickey Properties, the new warehouse has four bays and an eaves headroom of 21 ft. Davy Hickey is currently building two further units of 30,000 sq ft for Irish Life. The first of them will be ready for occupation in July.
