A PRICE of £2.5 million is being sought for The Grey Door restaurant and guest house at 22/23 Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, after it was withdrawn at auction by Lisney and Wyse. The two buildings have 7,500 sq ft including two separate restaurants and seven suites. The business has been in operation since 1977. The owners own the Hibernian Hotel in Baggot Street and the newly opened McCausland Hotel in Belfast. They recently acquired a site for another hotel near Blanchardstown.
