At the heart of this pretty development is Pelletstown House, formerly the residence of the head gamekeeper in Phoenix Park.

It has been restored and will be auctioned as a private residence at the end of the year. The new scheme will have landscaped green spaces and gardens incorporating barbecue areas.

Apartments are located in three low-rise blocks overlooking communal gardens.

The townhouses are beside Pelletstown House and stables and will have their own patio areas to the rear.

All units will have high quality fitted kitchens with integrated appliances.

Windows and external doors will be Scandinavian pine. doors in townhouses.

The apartments will be ready to move into by autumn 2005 and townhouses will be completed by April, according to the selling agent.

The scheme has many amenities close by.

Pelletstown Manor is minutes from Castleknock village and Blanchardstown shopping centre.

The Phoenix Park is within walking distance as is Ashtown train station where the Arrow service will get you into town in 20 minutes.

A model of the development will be on show in the marketring suite this weekend.
