SalesResults: A four-bedroom house on half an acre - Suncroft, Mart Lane, Foxrock, Dublin 18 - sold at auction yesterday for €3.2 million through Harper O'Grady.
The house, which was designed by Sir Richard Orpen, was initially guided at €2.1 million, although the guide price climbed to €2.5 million during the campaign. Bidding opened at €2.1 million and the house was declared on the market at €2.6 million. A further 13 bids brought it up to €3.2 million.
