Four-bed semi in Terenure sells for £370,000

In Terenure, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 52 Hannaville Park was sold at a Lisney auction for £370,000.

Last week, an exceptionally strong price was achieved by Douglas Newman Good in Terenure when a five-bedroom double-fronted redbrick period house with large gardens at 151 Templeogue Road was sold at auction for £805,000.

Meanwhile, in Harold's Cross, 22 Shanid Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house which has large gardens made £242,000 through Hamilton Osborne King. It was in need of some modernisation.

In Dublin 2, a three-bedroom penthouse apartment at 147a Wintergarden, Pearse Street, Dublin 2, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £305,000.

In Dun Laoghaire, Sherry FitzGerald secured £515,000 at auction for a double-fronted period house in four units at 7 Mulgrave Terrace. In Killiney, 2 Avondale Crescent, a three-bedroom detached bungalow in a cul-de-sac, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £325,000.

In commercial sales, a development site of almost half an acre at 25/27 City Quay, Dublin 2, was sold at auction for £8 million by DTZ Sherry FitzGerald. The site of 0.46 of an acre overlooks the city quays directly opposite the International Financial Services Centre.

In provincial sales, a 70-acre residential farm at Kiltrassy, Windgap, Co Kilkenny, achieved £420,000 at auction through Michael F Grace.
