WE’VE heard of furniture and appliances being thrown in the sale of a property to sweeten the deal but never a 20-year old convertible.

The owner of 12 Chelmsford Road in Ranelagh, Dublin 6, is including his Mazda MX5 in the sale of his house which is on the market through Savills for €525,000.
