Phase two of Brittas Bay Park goes on sale this Easter weekend through selling agent Ross McParland in Bray. Prices for the 20 three-bedroom bungalows range from £192,500 (€244,425) to £225,000 (€285,691), plus stamp duty.
Brittas Bay Park is a 32acre site a short walk from the beach with tennis courts and a children's play area.
