Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has cleared the way for Park Developments to build 102 homes on a 4.45-acre site in the grounds of Glencairn House in Leopardstown, which is shortly to be vacated by the British Ambassador. The scheme will be a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom homes.
