Sales Results: Jackson-Stops achieved a price believed to be over €3.9 million prior to auction for 1 Dartmouth Road in Dublin 6, a lavishly refurbished four-bedroom house.
The Victorian house, which has won a conservation award, was due to be auctioned yesterday, but late last week a killer bid was made by a Kildare couple planning to relocate to Dublin. The two-storey over basement house is in immaculate condition having been thoroughly refurbished over the last year. It has a home cinema and gym.
In yesterday's auctions, the top price paid was €2.775 million for a detached Gothic-style house, Tudor Lodge, off Church Road, Killiney, sold through Sherry FitzGerald.
