A three-bedroom detached bungalow on a third of an acre at 40 Castlepark Road, Dalkey, Co Dublin, has sold for £460,000 through Daphne L. Kaye & Associates. In Mount Merrion, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 3 Woodlands Park was withdrawn at £340,500 and sold later for a higher figure through Sherry FitzGerald.

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 49 Deerpark Road, Mount Merrion, was sold at auction for £262,000 through Vincent Finnegan.

Also in Mount Merrion, 58 North Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £295,000.

In Foxrock, Dublin 18, Foxdene, a detached five-bedroom dormer-style house on one-third of an acre on Brighton Road, was sold at auction for a strong price of £635,000 by Daphne L. Kaye & Associates.

A period house on 16.5 acres at Collegelands, Moynalvey, Co Meath, was sold at auction for £420,000 through Coonan.

Elsewhere in Co Meath, a 22-acre residential farm at Rathinree Upper, Moynalty, Kells, was sold at auction for £127,000 through Padraigh Smith.

Five acres at Trim Road, Balivor, sold at a Raymond Potteron auction for £470,000. The land is zoned residential but has no planning permission.
