Spheres squash club and gymnasium on the Crumlin Road will be demolished to make way for a purpose-built, £12 million consultants' private clinic, if a planning application by the owners of the site is successful. The proposed plan by the owners, Tessara Ltd, involves a three-storey, 35room clinic over two levels of underground parking which will accommodate 75 cars. The clinic will have a section reserved for paediatrics, a pathology unit and on-site radiology facilities.
The consultant rooms will range in size from 300-385 sq ft and entry level price for a suite will be around £300,000. Lisney is taking bookings prior to planning permission.
