Columbia Pictures moves to Earlsfort Terrace

The Dublin office of Columbia Pictures Corporation, which markets and distributes Sony Playstations in Ireland, is moving to an office suite of 3,500 square feet at Seagrave House, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. Columbia will be paying a rent of £14 per square foot to the landlords, Green Property. Colliers Jackson-Stops acted for Columbia and Jones Lang Wootton represented Green.
