Clontarf five-bed semi makes €2.295 million

Ä five-bedroom semi-detached house at 22 Seafield Road West, Clontarf, Dublin 3, sold through Sherry FitzGerald for €2.295 million at auction yesterday - €895,000 over the guide price of €1.4 million.

The same agent also secured €1.61  million for a five-bedroom over garden level Victorian house at 173 Clontarf Road.

Meanwhile in Co Kildare, a large detached house on over eight acres overlooking the Liffey, Alen's Grove, Leixlip, made over €3 million prior to auction through joint agents Property Partners Brady and Sherry FitzGerald O'Reilly.

And in Donnybrook, D4, 15 Marlborough Road, a four-bed Victorian house, was withdrawn at €1.43 million and sold after for higher.
