In Booterstown, 26 Hampton Park, St Helens Wood, a four-bedroom house was withdrawn at auction and Sherry FitzGerald are now quoting £595,000 (€750,315).

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 55 St Mobhi Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, was withdrawn at £280,000 (€353,089) and sold after for a higher figure through Sherry FitzGerald.

Provincial

In Co Kildare, a derelict cottage on 1 acre at Bishopscourt Lower, Straffan, was sold at auction for £155,000 (€195,460) through Colm McEvoy.

In Co Meath, Blackhall Little, Dunboyne, a four-bedroom house on 13 acres was withdrawn at auction and sold after in excess of the guide of £600,000 (€756,620) through JS Fox.

Again in Co Meath, the same agent sold a five-bedroom house prior to auction which is on 5 acres at Millridge, Brownstown, Kilcloon, for in excess of the guide of £650,000 (€819,672)

In Co Wicklow, a three-bedroom house with commercial potential at Main Street, Blessington was sold at auction for £290,000 (€365,699) through JP & M Doyle.

In Co Wexford, a three-bedroom farmhouse on 5.06 acres, Ballinclare Farmhouse, Ballycanew, Gorey, was withdrawn at £220,000 (€277,427) and now quoting £250,000 (€315,258) through Arthur Quinn.

Again in Co Wexford, a two-bedroom farmhouse on 5.3 acres at Killanne, Enniscorthy was sold at auction for £101,000 (€127,364) through Warren Estates.

And still in Co Wexford, the same agent sold at auction 9 acres of non-residential agricultural land at Killanne, Enniscorthy, for £72,000 (€90,794).

In Co Carlow, a derelict farmhouse on 6 acres at Liscolman, Tullow, was sold at auction for £95,000 (€119,798) through Patrick Dawson.

Commercial

The Leeson Court Hotel at 26/27 Leeson Street, Dublin 2, was withdrawn at £4.9m (€6.18m) and is under negotiation through Richard Ellis Gunne.

O'Neill's licensed premises at 65 Thomas Street, Dublin 8, was withdrawn at £900,000 (€1,134,930) and now quoting £1m (€1.26m) through John Younge.

In Glasnevin, 37a Barrow Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, was withdrawn at £230,000 (€290,037) and quoting excess £285,000 (€359,394) through North & Co.

In Carlow, The Tara Arms at Tullow, was sold prior to auction through Richard Ellis Gunne.

In Co Kildare, a licenced premises, The Barge Inn, Robertstown, Naas, was withdrawn at £535,000 (€674,653) and sold after auction for a higher figure through joint agents Colm McEvoy and Sherry FitzGerald Reilly.

A 0.66-acre site with general business zoning at The Mall, Sligo, was sold at auction for £700,000 (€882,723) through Sherry FitzGerald Draper.
