CLARETS restaurant, at Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin, has been sold for close to the asking price of £260,000. It has a ground floor restaurant of 1,600 square feet and a further 1,300 square feet upstairs. Kenneally McAuliffe handled the sale for Alan O'Reilly, who is now to concentrate on his other restaurant, Morels, in Glasthule.

Sign-makers Taylor Signs are to be relocated from Portobello to a unit of over 11,000 square feet at Greenhills Industrial Complex, Walkinstown, Dublin 12, which they have bought for £230,000. Jones Lang Wootton was the selling agent.
