Bertie gets back on the property circuit with D15 branch opening

With the two Brians hogging all the limelight this weather one almost feels lonely for our former leader.

If you are missing Bertie on the property circuit you can catch him at the official opening of Coldwell Banker Lloyd’s new corporate offices at the Village Centre, Rathborne, Ashtown, Dublin 15 this evening.

Will Bertie have some words of hope for property-types in these days of woe?

The lads at Coldwell Banker Lloyd, Donnacha Lloyd and William Brennan, seem to be taking matters into their own hands.

Coldwell Banker Lloyd is offering some interesting buyer incentives, including a 1 per cent fee to customers on sales (including legal fees) and a 7.5 per cent fee for rentals on annual rent with rents guaranteed for 12 months.

Coldwell Banker Lloyd now has two branches – one in Ashbourne, Co Meath and the shiny new branch in Dublin 15.
