Ballymun pub expected to make £1.5m-plus

THE Molloy Group is likely to secure in excess of £1.5 million for The Penthouse bar, at Ballymun Shopping Centre in Dublin 11, which is to be auctioned on May 21st by Morrisseys. The business had a turnover of around £1.57 million, net of VAT, in the past year. The premises has a floor area of 13,750 square feet but only the ground floor is currently used. The Molloy group has three other bars in Dublin and a chain of off-licences.
