Gunne is likely to secure about £1.5 million for G.F. Handels, bar at Baggot Street Bridge, Dublin 4, which is to be auctioned on November 11th. The business is located in the centre of a busy office area and is close to the rugby grounds at Lansdowne Road and the RDS. In addition to the ground floor lounge and cellar bar, there is also a first-floor bar and restaurant. A large catering kitchen on the second floor has a service lift to all levels.
