UK sanitary ware company Armitage Shanks has leased a new showrooms, offices and warehouse at the M50 Business Park, in Ballymount, Dublin 24. The company, which is a subsidiary of Blue Circle plc, will be paying a rent of more than £6 per square foot for 26,000 square feet adjacent to the junction of the M50 and the Tallaght intersection. Other new buildings on the estate include a 40,000-square-foot block, which will be used as a tele-sales centre by UPS.
Agents Hamilton Osborne King say development sites at the park are now making in excess of £300,000 per acre.
