The second phase of Ledgwidge Hall, a mixed development in Slane, Co Meath, will go on sale this weekend through joint selling agents Hooke & MacDonald and Robert B Daly of Drogheda. This phase will include nine four-bedroom properties and six two-bedroom apartments. Houses are priced from £225,000 to £320,000 (€285,691-€406,316) and apartments from £119,950 to £126,000 (€152,305-€159,987).

Ledwidge Hall is a low density mixed development on the edge of Slane village. On completion there will be 48 family houses and 27 two and three-bedroom apartments. Five main house types range in size from 1,400 to 2,200 sq ft and include a mixture of houses, bungalows and split level bungalows.

Of the nine detached houses in this release there are four split level bungalows, four bungalows and a two-storey house. There are six two-bedroom apartments for sale with floor areas ranging from 730 to 950 sq ft.

All of the houses are large family homes with extensive bedroom and living accommodation.
