ACC Bank has acquired additional space beside its outlet in Omni Park Shopping Centre, in Dublin 9. The enlarged premises will be 2,000 sq ft in the central plaza at a new rent of £67,000. Elsewhere in the centre, Tesco has taken over the 600 sq ft Mannings Bakery unit, which adjoins its 40,000 sq ft store. A premium of £40,000 was paid for the lease, which is held for 35 years at a rent of £22,000 per annum. Palmer McCormack advised ACC Bank and Mannings and Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Tesco.

In Dublin city centre, Thomas Cook has opened its first northside branch in the former Michael Guiney premises at 4 North Earl Street. The company will be paying a rent of £102,500 - the equivalent of £100 for Zone A - for the four-storey building which has 5,200 sq ft. Palmer McCormack advised Thomas Cook.
