Number 60 Merrion Road, which is opposite the new Four Seasons Hotel, is near the corner with Sydenham Road and Serpentine Avenue. Currently in use as offices by Providence Resources Plc, it is held under a 10-year lease from May 21st, 1998, at a current rent of £45,000 per annum. The agent estimates that the rent will rise to £65,000 a year at the next review.
