IN DUBLIN, Douglas Newman Good is seeking £480,000 for a retail and office investment at 23 Wellington Quay, Temple Bar, Dublin 2. Although located in the Temple Bar area, there are no capital allowances available to purchasers because it has not been necessary to refurbish the building, which dates from the 1960s. The block is currently producing an income of £44,300 per annum, £30,000 of it from a restaurant, which has the use of the basement, ground and first floor levels. The balance of the rent roll comes from two other tenants.

Douglas Newman Good is also handling the sale of the leasehold interest in shops at 18 Upper Liffey Street and 21 Wicklow Street in Dublin. Premiums of £30,000 are being sought in both cases.
