£400,000 quoted for deli in `Glenroe'

THE Glenroe Deli restaurant in the Co Wicklow village of Kilcoole - known to RTE viewers as Glenroe - is to be sold by auction on February 22nd. Douglas Newman Good Commercial is quoting a guideline price of £400,000 for the two-storey residential and commercial premises which occupies a high-profile corner site in the village.
