Agents Harrington Bannon are seeking offers in excess of £2 million for a commercial property with development opportunities at The Diamond in Malahide, Co Dublin. The property includes a pharmacy, a jewellery retail unit and a first-floor medical centre, which are producing rents of £45,000. There is also a development site of over 3,000 sq ft with access from New Street.

Meanwhile, two Dublin businessmen have paid £750,000 for a retail investment at Nutgrove Shopping Centre in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, in a deal which will give them a yield of 6 per cent. The unit is let to Motion Picture at a rent of £48,000 per annum. The lease has another 19 years to run. Niall Gaffney, of Harrington Bannon, handled the sale and Peter Stapleton of Lisney advised the purchasers.

In the city, the Jack Carvill off-licence at Camden Steet, Dublin 2, has been sold prior to auction for around £1.5 million by Lambert Smith Hampton.
