Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne is seeking a rent of £2,500 (€3,174) for a three-storey over basement modern office building at Holles Street, Dublin 2. The net internal area comes to 2,000 sq ft, equating to £27 (€34.28) per sq ft.

The same agents have leased 3,324 sq ft at Swords Business Campus to BSFM Facilities Management at a rent of £15 (€19.05) per sq ft.
