10,000 square feet let at Sweepstakes Centre

THE continuing buoyancy of the Dublin office market was again shown this week when 10,000 square feet of space was leased alongside the Lexus showrooms at The Sweepstakes Centre, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. A healthcare company, Allergan Europe, is to pay a rent of £16.50 per square foot for the accommodation and £1,000 for each of the 15 car-parking spaces on the site.
