Wear it out: Take a tip from a student and get wrapped up

The week, we meet student Charlotte Dore, a woman with some clear ideas about her must-haves for this autumn/winter. As the weather changes we need to fill our wardrobes with cosy layers. And there’s so much on offer for this season, so be sure to make the most of it.

Blanket scarf:

The blanket scarf will be a big stand-out piece this season. It can double as a scarf/blanket/shield from the cold. Zara are ahead of the pack with variety and price. Bottle green is a great colour option if you are looking to move away from eternal black but still want something versatile. Boots:

These imitation Doc Martens are a great addition to your wardrobe. They are like wellies but not ugly. Charlotte's black with glitter ones are gorgeous and will add that little pop of glamour to a casual weekend look. Get them in Penneys and online from ebay.com
