Estée Lauder Double Wear I became a Double Wear fanatic many moons ago and have never looked back. The foundation does exactly what it says on the tin – stays in place all day without needing touch-ups, and gives a natural finish.

Mama Mio Work Out Wonder It gives my muscles an energy boost before a workout and helps to ease the strain on tired muscles afterwards. It's a gym bag essential for me.

Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick This comes everywhere with me. It gives my cheekbones a subtle glow and I often use it on my eyelids too, finished off with black eyeliner on the top lids for a natural look. I use Lancôme's Liquid Artliner.

CND Vinylux nail polish This is the perfect mix between polish and shellac. It lasts perfectly for about a week, and is quick to apply and dry, doesn't stain nails and doesn't need a basecoat.
