You have to hand it to Paula Rowan, in every sense. Owner of the best glove shop in Ireland, she is also a keen-eyed buyer who has all sorts of accessories made up in Italy to her own specifications.

That style shows not just in the gloves, but in bags, briefcases and other accessories that she gathers together in her Westbury Mall shop in Dublin 2, which she now runs under her own name. She has gone further afield for her latest acquisitions: a range of sandals, slingbacks and wedge-heeled shoes from Italy, South America and Spain.
