WORLD Fluids plc have announced the acquisition of a leading Crane Hire company, Peterhead Crane Company Ltd, and a new crane and plant trading company, International Cranes and Equipment. The implementation of the agreement will be subject to shareholders' approval and the company is in the process of seeking this. The price has not been disclosed.
