Dunloe Ewart managing director Mr Philip Byrne may call witnesses to give evidence at a preliminary stage of his insider trading case. Mr Byrne (44) of Trafalgar Terrace, Monkstown, Dublin, is accused of selling 260,000 shares in property group Dunloe House plc (now Dunloe Ewart) while having information in his capacity as a director of Aviette Ltd, a company associated with Dunloe.
