Like skateboarding games? Then you'll love OlliOlli. The premise of this PS Vita game is simple: perform tricks, score points, land perfectly and move on to the next one. You trundle along endlessly in the side-scrolling game, just trying to stay on your board and keep scoring points. There are rails to grind, objectives to meet, tricks to master. Simple, right? Not quite. There are also obstacles to dodge, which can be fatal if you mistime your moves. You get slightly transfixed by the tricks, so much so that you almost forget that you have to actually land, which is harder than it looks. If you crash, you start the level again. There are 250 challenges and 50 levels. OlliOlli sucks you in by being deceptively easy; the problem is you don't want to just coast along, you want to get the highest score, move on to more difficult challenges and pull better combos than before. That's where OlliOlli hooks you.
