The former Labour leader and Tanaiste, Mr Dick Spring, is to become as non-executive director of the financial services company Fexco.
The company based in Killorglin, Co Kerry, has also appointed Mr Pat Dineen, chairman of Bord na Mona as well as Mr Leslie Buckley, director of Esat Telecom to nonexecutive board positions.
