SmartForce, the e-learning company, has announced the availability of Contact Centre Solution Sets for all contact centre functions.

Contact centres handle up to 80 per cent of interactions between companies and their customers. SmartForce created the Solution Sets to increase the consistency of customer service, and reduce the time and cost to proficiency for contact centre agents.
